Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the online gambling and sports betting platform operated under the brand name 99myr, accessible at https://99myr.cam ("the Platform", "the Website", "the Service"). The Platform is operated by 99myr and its affiliated entities ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services offered by 99myr — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery products, and promotional offers — you ("the User", "the Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Users regardless of geographic location. However, it is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction. 99myr makes no representation that its Services are legal in all jurisdictions, and specifically notes that online gambling regulations in Malaysia are the responsibility of individual users to understand and comply with.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the 99myr Platform, enabling access to betting, casino, and related services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before being converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money into a User's Account using any approved payment method, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or USDT TRC20.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by 99myr prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User from their own financial resources, excluding bonus credits.
• "Services" means all products, games, features, and functions made available on the Platform, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, lottery, and arcade products.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager before Bonus Funds — or winnings derived from Bonus Funds — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a User's Account to a designated personal financial account held in the User's own name.

To register and maintain an account on 99myr, the User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• The User must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during account usage. This age requirement applies without exception. 99myr operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gambling best practices applicable to casino and betting activities.
• The User must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• The User must register only one (1) account in their own name. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, and accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited.
• The User must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to them.
• The User must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law and where 99myr does not hold valid authorisation to offer services.
• The User must not be, and must not represent, a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 99myr or its affiliated entities.

During registration, Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency. The provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

99myr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with its licensing obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed. Users may be required to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driver's Licence, or International Passport — front and back copies in clear, unobstructed form.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or telecommunications bill dated within the preceding three (3) months and showing the User's full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of the User holding their identity document next to their face, with both the face and document clearly visible.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, 99myr may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into the User's account.

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 to 48 hours of full document submission. 99myr reserves the right to temporarily restrict account functionality, including withdrawal processing, pending the completion of KYC review. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

99myr accepts deposits via a range of payment methods approved for use by Malaysian players. Currently supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is RM30 for e-wallet methods and RM100 for cryptocurrency. Specific limits are displayed at the point of transaction.
• All deposited funds must originate from a financial account, e-wallet, or payment method held in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 99myr does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, Users should be aware that their payment provider or bank may apply their own service charges.
• Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow typically reflect in the User's account immediately or within a few minutes. Bank transfers via FPX may take up to 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are processed following blockchain confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes.
• 99myr is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network congestion on cryptocurrency networks.

Users may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds (excluding unmet Bonus Funds) subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• The User's account must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of 99myr's compliance team.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method or account held in the User's own name — the same method used for deposit where reasonably practicable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by tier and payment method and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Standard withdrawal processing targets for verified accounts are: e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 business hours.
• 99myr reserves the right to perform additional verification checks — including but not limited to source of funds verification — before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by our fraud monitoring systems.
• Where a bonus has been claimed, any applicable wagering requirement must be fully met before funds derived from that bonus become withdrawable.

99myr is not liable for delays caused by the User's own financial institution or payment provider after funds have been released from the Platform. Processing timelines stated represent the Platform's internal targets and do not constitute guarantees.

99myr offers a range of bonus and promotional products, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonus offers are subject to the general conditions set out in this Section, together with any specific terms communicated at the point of the individual offer.

• Each User is entitled to claim a welcome bonus on one (1) occasion only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through multiple accounts or through account re-registration constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified for each bonus. Failure to meet requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used to meet KYC-related obligations.
• 99myr reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to wagering with minimal risk across multiple outcomes, use of automated betting systems, or coordination with other Users to exploit bonus terms.
• All bonus amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms. Where a conflict exists between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the more specific individual promotion terms shall prevail.
• Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be modified, withdrawn, or suspended at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on 99myr are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and arcade. General conduct rules applicable across all product categories are as follows:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when the Platform issues a confirmation notification. A bet is not valid until confirmed by the Platform's system.
• All game and betting results are final once confirmed by the Platform. 99myr will not reverse confirmed results except in circumstances of proven technical error.
• For sports betting, 99myr reserves the right to void bets or suspend markets at any time in response to match integrity concerns, significant odds movement, or information that a sporting event is the subject of investigation by a governing body.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or voided during live events. Real-time odds are subject to change and bets placed during a period of suspended markets will be returned to the User's account.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or system error affecting game outcomes, 99myr reserves the right to void the affected session and return staked amounts. Winnings arising from a technical error will not be paid.
• All RNG-based casino games on 99myr are independently certified for fairness. Published RTP figures are indicative of long-term average returns and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99myr and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account, whether in the same name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity, age, or address documentation during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's payment method, financial account, or personal details to make deposits or withdrawals.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud to deposit on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripting tools, artificial intelligence programs, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of betting syndicate activity that seeks to manipulate the outcome of sporting events.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party without explicit authorisation, including acting as an agent or representative.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards 99myr staff or other users.

All content on the 99myr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface design, logos, game software, audio elements, video content, and the Platform's underlying source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99myr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or functionality.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Platform's software.
• Use the 99myr brand name, logos, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99myr, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from the use of the Services, including gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to Service caused by technical failures, third-party system outages, network connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance.
• Unauthorised access to a User's account arising from the User's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any delay or failure in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or blockchain network conditions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 99myr makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 99myr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

99myr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass or complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A chargebacks or disputed transaction initiated by the User through their payment provider.
• At the User's own request, including where the User wishes to self-exclude under our Responsible Gambling programme.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance in the account (subject to KYC and no active bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 99myr reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

99myr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable Users to maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform offers the following responsible gambling features, accessible from within any account:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations after which the Platform will automatically log the User out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications reminding Users of the duration of their current gambling session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion for periods ranging from 1 week to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the User will be blocked from accessing the Platform.

Where changes are minor, administrative, or required to ensure regulatory compliance, they may take effect immediately upon publication without separate notice. The version of the Terms applicable to any dispute is the version in force at the time the relevant events occurred.

Users who do not agree to amended Terms must notify 99myr and close their account. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent material revision was made.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99myr holds its gaming licence. Where a User wishes to raise a complaint or dispute, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint via our live chat or email support channel. Provide full details of the issue, your account identifier, and any supporting documentation. Our support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
